Lovísa Gunnlaugsdóttir
Lovísa Gunnlaugsdóttir is a senior undergraduate student at the University of South Florida, double-majoring in Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics & Econometrics, Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a minor in Psychology. She has gained professional experience in both finance and technology, working at Arion Bank in fraud detection and prevention and interning at Webull Financial, where she focused on financial markets, data analysis, and investor engagement. These experiences, combined with her multidisciplinary academic background, have deepened her interest in the intersections of economics, psychology, and criminology. At the CIBR Lab, she applies this expertise to explore data-driven approaches for understanding and preventing cyber-enabled financial crime.
