2025 Annual American Society of Criminology (ASC) Conference
November 12 & 14, 2025
Courtney Weber (first slide) and Marlena Bolton (second slide), CIBR Lab managers, co-presented at the 80th annual American Society of Criminology (ASC) conference in Washington, D.C.: "Lured and Hooked: Evaluating the Sophistication of Phishing Scams to Bait Users".
Weber also presented: "Between Awareness and Action: Evaluating Cyber Hygiene's Measurement, Reliability, and Validity".
Both presentations covered projects ongoing in the CIBR Lab.
2025 CyberBay Conference

2025 Sunshine Cyber Conference

Dr. George Burruss, and CIBR Lab managers, Courtney Weber (first slide) and Marlena Bolton (second slide), presented two CIBR Lab projects at Cyber Florida's annual Sunshine Cyber Conference: Developing AI tools for Law Enforcement and Victims of Cybercrime and Reducing Cybersecurity Risk Through Strategic Messaging: Insights for Improved Cyberhygiene.
